Just a little reminder that the PTA ring fences a percentage of all funds raised at events to support families who need financial support to attend events, school trips and purchase school necessities etc throughout the year.

Mrs Woodyer has sole use of this ring fenced fund, and we (the PTA), nor anyone else has any idea where or how this money is spent.

A MASSIVE thank you to everyone who supported the ceilidh last night. 😊

It was another amazing night filled with lots of smiles, laughing and dancing. We don’t have a final total yet, but this event has never been about making money. It’s about bringing people together, giving families happy memories and showcasing and celebrating our children’s successes in poetry and dancing.

We would like to say a big thank you to the following businesses and people who helped to make last night possible:

- The Penny Drops ceilidh band
- Priorsford office staff, Amanda and Laura.
- Forsyths for making our pies
- Tesco Peebles for their flower donation
- Nordic Visitor UK and others for their generous raffle donations.
- Fiona Henderson School of Dance dancers and Hannah Paulin for supporting our dancers.
- Our amazing poetry winners.
- Our bar staff team- Michael Boyd and Mollie Davis
- Stephen Riley at the Burgh Hall
- The PTA Ceilidh team- Kate, Lorna, Lucy, Mollie, Carole (Lucy’s mum), Jenny (Kate’s mum)

It’s nearly CEILIDH TIME! 🥳

We can’t wait to welcome everyone tonight! Doors will open 6pm sharp. Please bring CASH for the bar and raffle as we cannot accept card payments.

We have a small raffle with a few goodies, with the grand prize being Afternoon Tea for 2 at the Balmoral! Thank you Nordic Visitor Uk Limited for your generous donation.

All money raised tonight will go back into our school to support learning and opportunities for all the children.
